We want every GI purchase to be something you truly love.

If the product you received is not what you expected, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out below.

For online purchases in the EU, consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to notify the seller of their withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return:

  1. Send us an email or a WhatsApp message 
  2. Provide the required details and your order number.
  3. Follow the return instructions you receive.
  4. Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transport.

Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.

PRODUCT CONDITION

The product must be returned with all the items received and properly protected during shipping.

Consumers may examine the product to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning; however, they may be liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

RETURN COSTS

The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the product received is incorrect, defective or not in conformity.

REFUND

Once the right of withdrawal or return has been correctly exercised, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund must be issued within 14 days of notification of withdrawal; however, GI may wait until it has received the returned products or proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping are not necessarily refundable.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If you have received an item other than the one you ordered or believe it is defective, please contact us before arranging shipment yourself.

This procedure does not limit the rights granted to consumers under the legal guarantee of conformity. In the EU, new goods purchased from a trader are generally covered by a minimum legal guarantee of two years.
