WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER ARRIVE?

Once handed over to the courier, your order is generally delivered within:

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, periods of high demand, or for certain destinations.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive the information needed to track its journey.

For orders over €55, shipping is free.
For lower-value orders, the shipping cost is shown directly at checkout before completing the purchase.

EVERY ORDER IS PREPARED WITH CARE
After receiving confirmation of your purchase, our team prepares the package and checks that everything is ready for shipping.
As soon as the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a communication with the shipping information and, when available, the tracking link.
We recommend always checking that the address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
