These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website gicollection.it and the sale of GI Collection products.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read the information relating to the product, price, shipping, and conditions applicable to the purchase.

Images are intended to represent the product as faithfully as possible. Minor differences in color rendering may depend on the device used to view the website.

Information relating to materials, measurements, finishes, and specific features is provided on the individual product page.

3. PRICES

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated as permitted by law.

Any shipping costs will be communicated before the order is completed.

The consumer must be able to know the total price and any additional costs in advance.

4. ORDERS

The order is submitted through the website's checkout.

Before confirming, the customer can check the selected products, quantities, price, address, and available methods.

After completing the purchase, a confirmation will be sent on durable media, normally by email.

EU regulations require that for online purchases, the confirmation of the transaction be provided on media that the consumer can keep.

GI reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in cases permitted by law, for example in the event of unforeseen unavailability, obvious errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfill the order.

In the event of the cancellation of an order that has already been paid, the amounts due will be refunded.

6. AVAILABILITY

Currently, delivery is generally expected within 1–2 business days from the time the courier receives the shipment, except in special circumstances.

Free shipping is available for orders over €55, provided these conditions are still active at the time of purchase.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For distance purchases, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, except for the exceptions provided by law.
